From the south:

Take I-15 North to exit 118.  Turn right (that will be Broadway).  Go to second traffic light over the river.  Turn right (that will be Capital).  Go to end of road and turn left (that will be Pancheri).  Make first immediate right into driveway.  Go to the back of the Riverside Deli.  Loading docks will be at the back of the building on the left.

OR

Take exit 113 which is known as the Dad's truck stop exit.  Turn right and keep going past the truck stop until you come to a junction.  Turn left (or north) onto Yellowstone highway.  You will pass one stop light with a Maverik store on the left.  The second stop light you come to is the Yellowstone highway/Pancheri intersection.  Turn left (or west) on Pancheri.  The Riverside Deli will be your first immediate left after the Chevron.  Turn into the parking lot and drive around back to the loading docks.

From the north:

Take I-15 South to exit 118.  Turn left and go back under the interstate (that will be Broadway).  Go to the second traffic light over the river.  Turn right (that will be Capital).  Go to end of road and turn left (that will be Pancheri).  Make first immediate right into driveway.  Go to the back of the Riverside Deli.  Loading docks will be at back of building on the left.
